Birth Doula Service
By far the most beneficial way to experience pregnancy support, birth doula service includes the following:
1.) 2-3 prenatal visits, including prenatal education on healthy pregnancy nutrition, childbirth preparation, a complete physiological understanding of the birth process, and preparing for newborns
2.) Continuous support during labor and through birth including good establishment of breastfeeding.
3.) 1-2 Postpartum visits supporting transition into parenthood, answering newborn and breastfeeding concerns, and reflecting on the birth experience
